What is included in the kit?
The draft project includes a visualization of the booth from different sides, which allows you to evaluate its external appearance and composition. The project also presents facades with the dimensions of windows, doors and slots, which will ensure a clear indication of the placement of elements. The cut of the booth adds to the hidden appearance, showing the internal structure and the development of surfaces.
Surface plans determine the internal dimensions of the premises, which allows you to evaluate their area and functional organization. Such an integrated approach will provide further information about the future alarm system and will serve as the basis for subsequent stages of design and activity.
The first layer in the sample deck is a removed bark, and then a thin ball of cambium – an elastic ball, spread between the bark and wood. This will ensure better penetration of the antiseptic and protect the wood from rot and damage.
Then all decks are treated with Remmers water-based antiseptic. This stage plays a key role in the protection of the tree from various harmful factors, such as fungi, molds and mosquitoes, and prolongs its service.
Other lumber, such as vicor, is used in construction and is suitable for use as a fireproofing agent. This process will provide additional protection from fire, which is an important aspect of safety during waking hours.
Such an integrated approach to the processing of materials will ensure not only the durability and reliability of your home, but also the safety and saving of many resources over the course of time.
Our walls are made from logs of average diameter ranging from 28 cm to 42 cm. However, the exact diameter of the skin log is selected individually for the skin project. We take into account the specifics of the project, the deputy and other factors to ensure optimal compliance with needs and requirements.
We only work with high-quality decks that provide the necessary value and stability. This allows us to create walls that are at least as beautiful and aesthetically pleasing as possible, and will ensure reliable protection and comfort for your home in the long run.
The selection of beams from decks and lags with the specified parameters will provide a perfect structure for your log. The beams are cut to the optimal diameter and spread to a width of 1500 mm, which ensures an even distribution of distribution. Joists with a 50×150 mm girder are installed with a 500 mm edge, ensuring reliable support for the frame.
The 40 mm black backing is used for a short period of time before laying the finishing ball, protecting the backing from damage. These elements at once create a valuable and reliable structure for your new home.
To ensure effective thermal insulation between the logs, we use sheep wool with the addition of polyester. This material has a high thermal insulation capacity and is able to retain heat in the room, which provides a comfortable microclimate inside the house.
Additionally, to ensure a tight fit of the insulation to the logs and eliminate the possibility of drafts, we use a polypropylene seal, which is laid along the entire length of the longitudinal groove. This seal ensures the tightness of the structure and helps to retain heat inside the room.
This combination of materials guarantees not only effective insulation of your home, but also creates an additional level of protection against the penetration of cold and moisture, providing comfort and coziness in your home.
We use a Post and Beam roof construction system, which includes vertical posts and horizontal running beams. This type of construction does not shrink, which ensures stability and reliability over time. The roof gables are never made of logs, which is standard practice. This ensures the stability of the structure and maintains its aesthetic appearance for many years.
When designing each type of roof, we calculate the cross-section of the rafters to ensure the necessary strength and stability of the structure. For laying natural tiles, we use freshly sawn boards measuring 50×200 mm. The pitch between the rafters is 600 mm. This provides optimal support and load distribution across the entire roof area, which is an important aspect for the durability and reliability of your roofing.
At our production site, we prepare all openings for the installation of windows and doors. This includes cutting a groove for the guide bar and preparing a place for cashing. These works are carried out during the construction phase of our site, which ensures that all elements are ready for installation at the installation site. This approach allows you to optimize the construction process and ensure the accuracy and quality of the installation of windows and doors in your future home.
Before the stage of dismantling the log house, taking into account the availability of an electrification plan, we drill holes for laying wires in the corrugation. This allows you to competently plan and foresee the distribution of electrical wires in advance, ensuring optimal placement and safety of the electrical system in your future home. This approach avoids the need to make changes to the design after construction is completed and ensures the efficiency and accuracy of laying electrical wiring.
The delivery set includes all the necessary consumables for installation, such as self-tapping screws, shrink bolts and anchors. These materials are provided in sufficient quantities to complete the installation work, ensuring the convenience and efficiency of the log house assembly process. Such a comprehensive approach avoids the need for additional purchases and ensures readiness for all stages of building your house.
After dismantling the log house on our site and insulating all longitudinal grooves, we assemble the house using a truck crane. Typically, this process takes from 3 to 6 days, depending on the scope of construction. It is important to note that the delivery and services of the truck crane are paid by the customer. This approach allows for efficient and quick assembly of the house on the construction site, ensuring accuracy and quality of installation.
