Our walls are made of logs with an average diameter of 28 cm to 42 cm. However, the exact diameter of each log is selected individually for each project. We take into account the specifics of the project, customer requirements and other factors in order to ensure optimal compliance with needs and expectations.

The use of beams made of logs and joists with specified parameters provides a strong structure for your log house. The beams have an optimal diameter and are located at a pitch of 1500 mm, ensuring uniform distribution of loads. Joists with a section of 50 * 150 mm are installed at a pitch of 500 mm, providing reliable support for the floors. A 40 mm thick subfloor serves as a temporary covering until the finishing layer is laid, protecting the floors from damage. For laying natural tiles, we use freshly sawn boards with dimensions of 50*200 mm. The step between the rafters is 600 mm. This ensures optimal support and distribution of loads over the entire roof area, which is an important aspect for the durability and reliability of your roofing.
At our production site, we prepare all openings for installing windows and doors. This includes cutting a groove for the guide bar and preparing a place for the casing. These works are carried out at the construction stage of our site, which ensures that all elements are ready for installation on site. This approach allows us to optimize the construction process and ensure the accuracy and quality of the installation of windows and doors in your future home.
Before the stage of dismantling the log house, taking into account the presence of an electrification plan, we drill holes for laying wires in the corrugation.
