What is included in the log house kit?
The draft project includes visualization of the house from different sides, which allows you to evaluate its appearance and composition. The project also includes facades with the sizes of windows, doors and openings, which provides a clear idea of the arrangement of elements. The section of the house complements the general idea, showing the internal structure and arrangement of floors. The first step in processing logs is to remove the bark and then a thin layer of cambium – the underlying layer located between the bark and the wood. This allows for better penetration of the antiseptic and improves the protection of the wood from rot and pests.
Next, all logs are treated with a water-based Remmers antiseptic. This stage plays a key role in protecting the wood from various harmful factors, such as fungi, mold and insects, and extends its service life.
The remaining lumber used in the structure is treated with bio fire protection. This process provides additional fire protection, which is an important aspect of safety when building a house.

Our walls are made from logs with an average diameter of 28 cm to 42 cm. However, the exact diameter of each log is selected individually for each project. We take into account the specifics of the project, customer requirements and other factors to ensure optimal compliance with needs and expectations.
We work only with high-quality logs that have the necessary strength and stability. This allows us to create walls that are not only beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but also provide reliable protection and comfort for your home for many years.
Using beams made of logs and joists with specified parameters provides a durable structure for your log house. The beams have an optimal diameter and are located at intervals of 1500 mm, ensuring uniform distribution of loads. Joists with a cross-section of 50 * 150 mm are installed at intervals of 500 mm, providing reliable support for the floors. A 40 mm thick subfloor serves as a temporary covering before laying the finishing layer, protecting the floors from damage. Together, these elements create a durable and reliable structure for your future home.
To ensure effective thermal insulation between the logs, we use sheep wool with the addition of polyester. This material has high thermal insulation capacity and is able to retain heat in the room, which ensures a comfortable microclimate inside the house.
Additionally, to ensure a tight fit of the insulation to the logs and eliminate the possibility of drafts, we use a polypropylene sealant, which is laid along the entire length of the longitudinal groove. This sealant ensures the tightness of the structure and helps to retain heat inside the room.
This combination of materials guarantees not only effective insulation of your home, but also creates an additional level of protection against the penetration of cold and moisture, providing comfort and coziness in your home.
We use the Post and Beam roof construction system, which includes vertical posts and horizontal purlins. This type of construction is not subject to shrinkage, which ensures stability and reliability over time. Roof gables are never made of logs, which is standard practice. This ensures the stability of the structure and maintains its aesthetic appearance for many years.
When designing each type of roof, we calculate the rafter cross-section to ensure the necessary strength and stability of the structure. For laying natural tiles, we use freshly sawn boards with dimensions of 50*200 mm. The step between the rafters is 600 mm. This ensures optimal support and load distribution over the entire roof area, which is an important aspect for the durability and reliability of your roofing.
At our production site, we prepare all openings for installing windows and doors. This includes cutting a groove for the guide bar and preparing a place for the casing. These works are carried out at the construction stage of our site, which ensures that all elements are ready for installation on site. This approach allows us to optimize the construction process and ensure the accuracy and quality of the installation of windows and doors in your future home.
Before the stage of dismantling the log house, taking into account the presence of an electrification plan, we drill holes for laying wires in the corrugation. This allows you to competently plan and provide for the distribution of electrical wires in advance, ensuring the optimal placement and safety of the electrical system in your future home. This approach allows you to avoid the need to make changes to the design after the completion of construction and ensures the efficiency and accuracy of wiring.
The delivery set includes all the necessary consumables for installation, such as screws, shrink bolts and anchors. After dismantling the log house on our site and insulating all longitudinal grooves, we assemble the house using a truck crane. This process usually takes from 3 to 6 days, depending on the volume of construction. It is important to note that the customer pays for the delivery and services of the truck crane. This approach allows us to efficiently and quickly assemble the house on the construction site, ensuring the accuracy and quality of installation.
