Log houses remain in demand on the real estate market and represent an attractive option, both for own residence and for investment.

But if construction standards are followed and shrinkage is properly controlled, the interior decoration of the house can be done immediately after the construction is completed.

Also, log houses are potentially vulnerable to moisture, insects, and fires, but with proper care and the use of modern technologies, such risks can be minimized by treating the wood with special compounds.
