This modular house was built for our client from the Netherlands for permanent residence.
The frame is made of dry planed boards, insulation is made of stone wool, which provides excellent thermal insulation properties. We used high-quality materials to ensure durability and comfort. The house consists of two modules, which were delivered to the installation site simultaneously on special platforms. Installation on the foundation took only one day. The modules were manufactured in the factory in compliance with all technologies, which guarantees high quality construction. The exterior finish is made of alder thermal boards, which gives the house an aesthetic appearance and additional protection from external influences.
