This modular house was built by us for the elderly parents of our customer from the Netherlands.
It consists of two modules and is located on the customer’s plot next to the main house, which is very convenient for living together near the parents. The layout includes a corridor, bathroom, bedroom and living room with kitchen. The exterior finish is made of thermal boards, and the base of the floor is made of moisture-resistant laminated plywood, which significantly increases the service life of this house. The frame is made of dry planed boards, insulation is made of mineral wool. The interior finish is made of furniture plywood of the highest quality. The module was manufactured in the factory and equipped with an installed kitchen and plumbing, which ensured fast and high-quality construction.
