Log house in Zhytomyr

This residential building project, which we built in 2014, is our largest project.

This is a two-story house measuring 20 by 25 meters on a pouring slab, with two full floors and a large terrace extending along the entire perimeter of the house. The layout was developed together with the customer, and we tried to implement all his wishes.

The main highlight of this house is a huge bay window made of vertical pillars and filled with glass, which opens up a breathtaking view of the lake. This house has everything down to the smallest detail: a “smart home” system is installed, which provides a high level of comfort and security. The house combines modern technologies and environmental trends, making it completely autonomous and environmentally friendly.
