Frame house in Zhytomyr

This house was built using prefab technology – the wall and roof elements were manufactured in the factory, which reduced construction time and increased quality.

The house is built in the barnhouse style and has a carefully thought-out layout. On the first floor there is a vestibule, a dressing room, a bathroom, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a pantry, a technical room and stairs to the second floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The exterior decoration is made of metal and thermal boards painted with premium paint from the Austrian company Adler, which increases the service life and preserves the appearance. The large terrace, which can be accessed from the dining room, is very functional and is great for entertaining friends. The house has high thermal insulation characteristics thanks to counter-insulation and the use of high-quality materials, as well as strict adherence to construction technologies.
